Shafayet & Tazrina are Accredited Real Estate Investors and multifamily deal sponsors. They started their real estate investment journey in 2010 in Kansas City Metro area. Throughout these years they have uplifted communities and established successful real estate businesses under HIG Companies (HIG Equity, HIG Property, HIG Real Estate Team).

• HIG Property owns- acquires- renovates smaller residential real estate and manages tenants-contractors-vendors full cycle in house.

• HIG Real Estate Team is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Partners Inc. and provides Licensed Realtor services in State of Kansas and Missouri.

 

Shafayet holds Master's and Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA. He has worked 8 years as Nuclear Power Engineer and 7 years on Power Grid (Transmission System Protection) where he mentored, designed and managed large engineering projects and activities.

Tazrina holds her Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She manages and executes HIG Companies activities that closely works with management teams, sub-contractors to oversee Capital Expenditure projects. She also actively performs real estate transactions, negotiation and market research.
